| Service Costs & Returns Policy No returns will be accepted after 30 days. All legitimate returns will be subject to a 20% restocking charge. Credit card orders cancelled before shipment will be subject to a 10% processing fee. Performance Electronics, Ltd. products are warranted against workmanship or material defects for 1 year after the purchase date. Any problem determined to be the fault of the user is subject to component and labor expenses. Products returned to Performance Electronics, Ltd for warranty work that are determined to be 100% operational will be subject to a $20 minimum charge plus shipping. Repair work performed on any Performance Electronics, Ltd. system will be billed on a time and materials basis plus shipping. The labor rate for repair work is $90/hour with a minimum of 1 hour for any repair. |
